The board examines and licenses all eligible candidates for entry into the profession of occupational therapy. It recommends appropriate changes in the law to assure fairness and equality. The board conducts formal hearings when necessary and prosecutes by due process any violators of KRS 319A.

The OTCC Committees worked diligently over the last year to draft necessary rules for administering the OT Compact. As such, it is time for three of those rules to be posted for the 30-day public comment period. Please post these draft rules on your OT Licensing Board webpage and share widely with your constituents. The instructions and timelines for submitting comments are included with each rule. The rules are available on the OT Compact Rulemaking webpage: https://otcompact.gov/ot-compact-commission/rulemaking/.
Looking forward:
All meetings will be posted on the OT Compact 2025 meetings page within the appropriate notification period: https://otcompact.gov/meetings-2025/
